Breakfast @ 8am: scrambled eggs with red onions.
Lunch @ 11:45: 10 fried chicken wings with spinach salad
John's Incredible Pizza @ 2pm: 2 donuts holes, small piece of break with cheese, piece of chocolate cake and could sips of blue berry slushy.
Dinner @ 7:45: Chicken pho minus the noddles
Exercise: Good hour + walk around the neighborhood with Amelia.
Came back from SD at 173. All salt, wine and beer. By the next morning I was down to 168.5 (yep, -4.5 just by sleeping). On plan mostly yesterday, down to 168 this morning. Fluids, fluids, fluids today.
ReplyDeleteI'm finding this level (basically -12/15 pounds) is very sustainable for me. Some bounces, but comes right back. I don't think this will turn into a "I put the weight right back on" scenario.
